If you choose to scatter a loved one in the garden or if you wish to have a place within your garden where can go and remember a loved one then we have an idea for you.
We are trying something different, often memorial stones can look a bit morbid, with a name and a date – why do you need to be reminded of that? Here we have something different. We will create your own unique stone something more subtle or heartfelt.
Think of three words that sum up your loved one: kind; loyal, funny, warm, wise, witty, caring the list goes on.
Then you have a subtle reminder about why and what you loved about that person
We will engrave them into a smallish stone (30cm -45cm depending on the original stone).
The stone is all from Devon: Dartmoor granite – all grey black stone; Ashburton marble (main picture) – a dark veined stone; or Stoneycombe limestone – a reddy-pink veined limestone.
You can choose the font if you wish and we will do the rest
The waiting time is around four weeks depending on the craftsman’s workload. We can hurry him along if it is urgent.
